Ms. Triolo obtained her undergraduate degree from St. Peter’s University and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate at New York Law School. She has been practicing law for over 25 years in New Jersey and has become known in the legal community for her acumen in the area of construction law and commercial law.

Ms. Triolo has extensive experience representing parties in construction law disputes. Her clients include property/project owners, general contractors, sub-contractors and material vendors. These clients range from large multimillion dollar corporations to small owner-operated businesses. Ms. Triolo is both knowledgeable about the substantive and procedural aspects of construction law and the industry itself. She understands the projects her clients are involved in and can communicate with them in a way that results from years of experience in the industry.

Ms. Triolo also has considerable experience in civil litigation, banking and creditors’ rights, commercial law, personal injury, property tax appeals, real estate and zoning and land use. This experience includes representing municipalities in a variety of capacities throughout New Jersey. Currently, Ms. Triolo serves as the Planning Board Attorney for the Township of Lyndhurst. Moreover, she has served as special counsel to the Township of Montville and Borough of Lincoln Park. Ms. Triolo has successfully defended the City of Hackensack Zoning Board of Adjustment’s denial of a use variance in both the trial court and before the Appellate Division in PC Air Rights v. Hackensack Zoning Board.

Ms. Triolo also represents a federally chartered bank on loan and foreclosure matters. In addition, she represents small to large clients on contract and leasing matters, business debt collection and on residential and commercial real estate transactions. She serves as general counsel to the Professional Women in Construction and has lectured in numerous seminars for the Bergen County Bar Association and New Jersey Small Business Administration on topics related to construction and contracting. Ms. Triolo is also a staff instructor for the New Jersey Professional Estimators Association.
