Prior to entering the legal profession, Ms. Elias attended York University in Toronto, Ontario where she graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in International Development Studies.  Upon graduation from York University, Ms. Elias attended Seton Hall University School of Law.

During her time at Seton Hall, Ms. Elias served as a member of Seton Hall’s National Trial Team, where she competed in two national competitions. In addition, Ms. Elias worked for the Nissenbaum Law Group as a full-time Law Clerk, while attending classes in the evening. During that time, she gained valuable experience working for the firm’s attorneys in the areas of Commercial Law, Civil Litigation, and Intellectual Property Law. She quickly became a valuable member of their team, which resulted in Ms. Elias continuing her career as an associate attorney for the firm.

Ms. Elias now serves as of counsel to Bittiger Elias & Triolo, as well as maintaining her own independent practice. She has extensive experience inside and outside the courtroom in several areas of the law, including managing various phases of the litigation/arbitration process; negotiating and drafting various contracts and other transactional documents; and assisting clients with developing and protecting their goodwill by preparing trademark and copyright filings and by negotiating and drafting contracts to protect client trade secrets.

Ms. Elias assists the firm in the areas of commercial law, real estate, property tax appeals and civil litigation.
