Mr. Diehl obtained his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. While at Seton Hall Law, Mr. Diehl was actively involved in the Student Bar Association and served as a senator and treasurer of that organization. Mr. Diehl also participated in the law school’s study abroad program, traveling to Cairo, Egypt to study international criminal law and oil and gas law.

Since graduating from Seton Hall Law in 2009, Mr. Diehl has represented numerous individuals and corporations in civil litigation matters, including professional liability, employment law, commercial law, products liability, premises liability, and personal injury matters. Mr. Diehl also has extensive experience litigating matters involving banking, creditor and debtors’ rights as well as advising financial institutions concerning compliance with state and federal banking laws.

Mr. Diehl is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
